You will coordinate with project managers to devise fieldwork strategies while overseeing key activities such as soil sampling and groundwater monitoring. Your expertise will also enable you to mentor junior staff and produce detailed technical reports that comply with Saskatchewan's remediation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a culture of health and safety on-site
• Develop and implement field instructions for projects
• Conduct soil and groundwater sampling procedures
• Train junior staff and oversee their work
• Document and report findings per regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, or related
• Minimum of three years of field experience in investigations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office suite
• Willingness to travel extensively for field assignments
