Oncology Senior CRA Position

Location: Martensville

Take on a pivotal role as a Senior CRA specializing in Oncology in Toronto. This position emphasizes rigorous site management and adherence to clinical standards.

We are looking for a Senior Clinical Research Associate with at least 4 years in the field, particularly within Oncology. Your responsibilities will include overseeing study sites, ensuring high standards of data integrity, and managing protocol compliance during trials. You will also need to navigate frequent travel and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine site monitoring and close-outs

• Ensure informed consent and protocol compliance

• Review Case Report Forms (CRFs) for data accuracy

• Manage registry and feasibility assessments

• Train and supervise junior staff as required

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree or allied health certification

• 4+ years of clinical monitoring experience

• Specialized experience in Oncology

• Excellent interpersonal skills essential for team collaboration

• Approximately 60-70% overnight travel necessary
