SGS, a global leader in testing and certification, seeks a Lab Technician for busy seasons. This entry-level role requires conducting crucial laboratory testing with instruments such as NIR and ELISA. You will also maintain proper documentation for solvent and reagent labeling while adhering to health and safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and log in agricultural samples accurately
• Conduct moisture and protein testing using lab instruments
• Perform routine instrument maintenance and calibrations
• Monitor temperatures of laboratory storage equipment
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Science (Chemistry, Agriculture, etc.)
• 1-3 years of experience in an agricultural lab
• Valid Driver License for site travel
• Knowledge of laboratory testing practices
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
