This role requires a seasoned professional with at least ten years of experience managing vascular plant surveys and executing complex projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee wetland and vegetation inventories

• Conduct ecological assessments for project proposals

• Train and support junior and intermediate staff members

• Interact with clients and build strong professional relationships

• Lead desktop mapping and quality control initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific discipline

• Minimum 10 years of applicable experience

• Expertise in MS Office and ArcGIS software

• Strong networking and communication abilities

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
