In this full-time Field Team Manager position, your expertise in environmental science places you in a pivotal role. With over five years of field experience, you will direct operations while cultivating the next generation of environmental professionals through impactful mentorship. You'll be the go-to person for maintaining safety standards and addressing operational challenges seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee field teams and resource deployment

• Mediate challenges with quick problem-solving strategies

• Mentor eager new graduates in practical settings

• Participate in safety audits as a JHSC member

• Ensure client and regulatory compliance of documentation

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field

• At least 2 years of team management experience

• 3+ years in oil & gas reclamation

• Knowledge of CCME standards and local regulations

• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
