Join the College of Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan as an Academic Data and Accreditation Specialist. This role focuses on data management for accreditation processes, ensuring program quality and compliance.
Reporting to the Programs and Projects Officer, you'll engage with faculty and departments to collect and analyze course and assessment data. Your expertise will help gather critical information from stakeholders like students and alumni, playing a vital role in maintaining the accreditation standards for the College's engineering programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on best assessment practices nationally
• Manage graduate attribute data collection and submissions
• Organize program information in the Tandem system
• Schedule meetings and record accreditation activities
• Prepare documentation for the upcoming Accreditation Visit
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
• 2-4 years of relevant postgraduate experience
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
