Resource Geologist at Alamos Gold

As a Resource Geologist, you will report to the Senior Resource Geologist and contribute to the care and improvement of geological resource models within the Island Gold District.

Your role is crucial in integrating data and supporting the local operations, with a strong emphasis on effective mine planning and resource reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain geological models for various operations

• Integrate drilling, sampling, and production data

• Support reconciliation efforts between block models and production

• Assist with resource updates and internal reporting

• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology or a related field

• 3-5 years of mining experience

• 1-2 years in resource geology or modeling roles

• Proficiency with Datamine and Microsoft Office Suite

• Eligibility for GIT or P.Geo registration preferred
