FLINT is a leading service provider in Canada's energy sector, and as a Junior Environmental Professional, you will contribute to environmental projects like Phase 1 and 2 ESAs and closure programs. This role is ideal for those with a technical background in environmental science and a passion for hands-on fieldwork. You will build relationships with stakeholders, landowners, and regulators to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support environmental assessments and related projects
• Conduct field activities such as soil sampling
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and regulators
• Cross-train for seasonal project demands
• Spend up to 80% of time in fieldwork
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in environmental science or related field
• Minimum 2 years of environmental consulting experience
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and truck operation skills
• Understanding of provincial environmental regulations
• Proficient in English for communication
