In this position, you will execute contaminated site projects, managing various field tasks including drilling operations and sampling for soil and groundwater. Under the guidance of project managers, you will also provide mentorship to junior staff and contribute to developing project scopes.
Your role supports environmental protection and community health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead field tasks for soil and groundwater investigations
• Ensure safety compliance on all site projects
• Mentor junior environmental professionals in the field
• Collaborate with project managers on instructions
• Analyze data and write comprehensive technical reports
Requirements:
• Degree in Environmental Science or related field
• At least three years of fieldwork experience necessary
• Strong analytical and writing skills required
• Prepare to travel for site work, often on short notice
• Safety credentials such as First Aid are advantageous
