Exploration Project Geologist

Advance your career with Denison as a full-time Project Geologist focused on uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin. This role combines office work in Saskatoon with extensive field travel.

As a Project Geologist - Exploration, you will support Denison’s uranium projects by planning and executing exploration programs, particularly at the Wheeler River Project. Leading teams of geologists and technicians, you will coordinate with internal groups to ensure project safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.

Your role will include data collection, drillhole planning, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute exploration programs in the Athabasca Basin

• Generate drill targets and collaborate on permitting

• Mentor geologists and field technicians effectively

• Document project evaluations and data management

• Develop geological interpretations with geoscience teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology

• Over 5 years of mineral exploration experience

• Professional Geologist registration in Canada required

• Strong geological mapping and GIS skills

• Ability to work independently in remote locations
