A Few Good Lads Ltd. is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing Saskatchewan-based electrical contractor. Our client operates across the province and services the Oil & Gas, Agriculture, Commercial, and Industrial sectors, including a CSA-approved electrical panel shop and full-scale project execution.

THE OPPORTUNITYDue to continued growth and expanding partnerships, our client is seeking a Journeyperson Electrician to join their Service Team based out of Rosetown, SK.
The Journeyperson will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of customer equipment, wiring and installation of electrical systems on agriculture, farm, and commercial sites, organizing materials, and mentoring Apprentices while they develop their skills in the electrical trade.
For candidates relocating to Rosetown, relocation assistance may be available.
IDEAL CANDIDATEOur team would love to hear from you if you:
- Hold a valid Interprovincial Red Seal Certification as a Construction Electrician
- Have experience in Agriculture, Farm, or Commercial Service (considered an asset)
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Are a strong advocate for safety
- Hold a valid and clean Class 5 driver’s license (endorsements are an asset)
- Are able to complete a Criminal Record Check
This role is primarily focused on Service work.
- Approximately 75% Agriculture and Farm service work
- Approximately 25% Commercial and Residential service work
- Operating power tools, equipment, and testing devices
- Pulling and terminating wire
- Installing electrical equipment
- Building and installing conduit systems
- Motor wiring and control systems
- Troubleshooting electrical issues
- Executing maintenance agreements
- Ensuring installations meet or exceed code and manufacturer requirements
- Completing required safety documentation
- Assisting with shop cleanup and maintenance
- Maintaining a clean and safe work site
(Assistance may be provided to obtain required certifications)
