Construction Technician

Greatario is growing, and we’re looking for dedicated, safety-focused Construction Technicians to join our field construction team.

If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a crew and building something tangible and lasting, this could be the opportunity for you.

• Work on active construction sites building municipal, industrial and agricultural liquid storage systems.
• Operate power tools and equipment to assemble tank systems, including impact tools, torque wrenches and caulking equipment.
• Work with a field crew (typically 5 team members including the Foreman) to coordinate daily tasks and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
• Support project timelines through reliable execution, teamwork and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work within a team-based environment focused on safety, productivity, quality and customer service.
• Previous experience in construction.
• Effective time management skills, ability to work well under pressure.
• Valid Class G driver’s license or ability to get to crew meeting point.
• Comfortable with physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working outdoors for long periods of time in all types of weather.
• Desire to learn new skills.
• Comfortable with travel.
• Understanding of both oral and written instructions.

This role involves extensive travel to project sites across Canada, including overnight stays away from home depending on project requirements. Because our work is project-based, schedules can vary from job to job. We recognize the importance of work-life balance and strive to create schedules that can support both operation needs and time at home.
