Become a Licensed Journeyman Plumber focused on leading installations and developing new talent. Provide exceptional plumbing services in the Kent, WA area with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will manage the daily operations of plumbing installations, supervising apprentice workers and ensuring compliance with plumbing codes. Strong leadership and troubleshooting abilities are essential as you interact with clients during projects and report on job statuses to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage installation of shower and bath systems

• Train apprentices for plumbing fixture installations

• Handle customer service interactions effectively

• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions

• Keep the Production Manager informed on jobs

Requirements:

• Current Washington Journeyman Plumber's License required

• Clean DMV record for driving company vehicle

• Proven ability to lead and train

• Excellent communication skills

• Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks
