Black & McDonald is seeking a skilled Building Operator to ensure the safe and reliable operation of client facilities in Saskatoon. As part of the Facilities, Maintenance, and Operations team, you will manage several aspects of facility maintenance, from minor repairs to liaising with contractors. This role is ideal for experienced operators looking for increased responsibility and the opportunity to grow their technical skills while working across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute maintenance with FMO strategies

• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate work activities

• Conduct basic tours and document readings

• Address tenant complaints and maintenance needs

• Perform light duties: cleaning, HVAC, plumbing work

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years as a Building Operator

• Knowledge of HVAC and BAS systems

• Experience with contractors and technicians

• Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a Security Clearance
