Underground Mine Operator at THOAR Mining

As part of our team, you’ll work 12-hour shifts and participate in a two weeks on, one week off schedule. We value candidates passionate about underground operations and committed to safety and diversity in the workplace.
Your role will involve operating various equipment such as scoops, alpine miners, and bolters, ensuring efficient mine operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate mining equipment safely and efficiently
• Participate in safety meetings and inspections
• Handle bolting and scaling machine operations
• Communicate effectively with Maintenance and Operations teams
• Install belt lines and assist in rehab work as needed
Requirements:
• One year underground Potash experience or three years in heavy equipment
• Valid General Mine Safety Awareness certification
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Grade 12 diploma or GED
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
