As a Maintenance Technician, your duties will involve minor plumbing, electrical repairs, and routine inspections in a dynamic environment. With a minimum of two years' experience in general maintenance, you’ll handle a variety of tasks including general handyman duties, carpentry, and maintaining HVAC systems. Availability for after-hours on-call support is a must to ensure tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs as needed

• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment and boilers

• Carry out carpentry, drywall work, and painting tasks

• Provide on-call support during evenings and weekends

• Ensure tenant requests are handled promptly and effectively

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of general handyman experience

• Skills in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work

• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle required

• Flexibility for scheduled on-call duties

• Ability to pass security clearance
