Commercial Roofing Technician

You will focus on systems such as BUR, EPDM, and single-ply membranes, ensuring all work aligns with health and safety regulations. The position may require travel within the region and flexible hours during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install low-slope roofing systems under Foreman supervision

• Conduct quality assurance inspections with diagnostic tools

• Document findings and communicate maintenance recommendations

• Adhere to safety standards and operate tools properly

• Maintain compliance with provincial regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of commercial roofing experience

• Ability to work at heights and lift 50 lbs

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Willingness to travel up to 25%-35%
