Position: Apprentice Carpenter with Jardeg
Embark on an apprenticeship as a Carpenter with Jardeg at the University of Saskatchewan Huskie Clubhouse, based in Saskatoon. Focus on hands-on skills in construction and concrete formwork.

This position is tailored for local applicants only, offering a schedule of five days on and two days off, with the potential for varied shifts.

Your role will involve constructing forms, working from blueprints, and ensuring safety compliance on-site. Join our team to gain experience and grow within the carpentry trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct forms for concrete and chutes

• Check work accuracy and make necessary adjustments

• Build temporary structures like hoarding

• Inform supervisors of any work-related issues

• Conduct general maintenance of the site

Requirements:

• Registered Carpenter Apprentices preferred

• Relevant experience in concrete formwork needed

•

Certifications:

CSTS & WHMIS required

• Valid work eligibility in Canada

• Ability to work independently
