Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Facilities, you will work in an engaging multi-trade setting that requires both physical and technical skills. This position demands expertise in preventative maintenance on various HVAC control systems, including familiar brands like Robertshaw and Delta. Your ability to collaborate with clients and other trades is essential, as well as adapting to evolving project demands in diverse settings.

• Perform maintenance on Building Automation Systems and HVAC controls
• Collaborate with trades for innovative solutions and repairs
• Interpret design drawings for work scope and planning
• Procure materials and ensure outstanding customer service
• Support preventative and predictive maintenance initiatives

• Journeyperson Instrumentation Certificate mandatory
• Electrical Restricted Journeyperson’s License required
• Valid Saskatchewan drivers license with positive record
• Experience in pneumatic control systems preferred
• Robust troubleshooting and communication skills vital
