Summary of Position

As a Licensed Agricultural Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural equipment. Your expertise will help ensure our customers can operate efficiently throughout critical planting and harvesting seasons.

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair agricultural equipment including tractors, combines, and planting/harvesting equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime during peak farming periods
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Order required parts and manage repairs efficiently to reduce turnaround time
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, equipment condition, and future recommendations
  • Complete accurate service reports and documentation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while working collaboratively with the team
What We Are Looking For
  • Licensed Agricultural Equipment Technician or Heavy Duty Equipment Technician (required)
  • Proven experience servicing and repairing agricultural equipment
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and drive trains
  • Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under seasonal time pressures
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a farmer-first mindset
  • Comfortable using diagnostic software and modern ag technology
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and high school diploma required
