We are seeking a Fibre Optic Splicer Technician who will be responsible for all aspects of fibre splicing and troubleshooting. This full-time role entails frequent travel throughout the Atlantic provinces while providing you with accommodations and a daily per diem. If you're passionate about telecommunications and possess relevant skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Splice both aerial and buried fibre optic networks

• Perform testing and troubleshooting on fibre systems

• Keep thorough records of work completed

• Follow safety protocols in documenting projects

• Ensure all work is properly labelled

Requirements:

• Class DZ/Class 3 driver’s license required

• Over 3 years’ experience with live circuits

• Experience with fibre optic testing tools

• Ability to work at heights and in confined areas

• Self-disciplined and detail-oriented
