• Place and finish concrete in flatwork or curb projects
• Ensure quality of finished work
• Set forms for grade and design
• Operate small power tools
• Prepare base for final grade and compaction
• Assist in demolition of existing concrete
• Check work
• Knowledge in using hand and power finishing tools
• Complete Field Level Risk Assessments before beginning each task
• Be involved in daily safety meetings
• Possibly operate small equipment (skid steer, mini excavator)
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas; promote a culture of safety

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Required
  
  Work Experience:
  
  Prior experience in a concrete placement would be an asset
• Additional Requirements:
  
  Prior experience in a concrete placement would be an asset; prior work with power tools would be an asset; prior work with mobile equipment would be an asset
• Safety Oriented
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Able to work in a fast paced, high production environment
• Willing to work overtime when needed, including Saturdays
• Able to work unsupervised
• Able to work well with others
• Good communication skills
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
