In this role, you will leverage your HVAC experience of 5 years or more to lead and mentor technicians, ensuring outstanding workmanship standards and professionalism. Your focus will be on reducing callbacks and enhancing the overall customer experience through proactive support and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership through onsite technical support and guidance
• Reinforce service quality standards with team members
• Conduct site audits to ensure high-quality execution
• Assess and verify service documentation for completeness
• Track trends related to callbacks and warranty issues
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a service-related field
• HVAC industry familiarity is essential
• Journeyman certification in a related trade preferred
• High-level technical troubleshooting capabilities
• Familiar with Build Ops and CRM systems
