Electrician

Position: Electrician at Bioriginal
Drive innovation in nutritional solutions as an Electrician with Bioriginal in Saskatoon, Canada. Utilize your expertise to maintain production equipment and enhance operational efficiency for continuous improvement.

As a pivotal team member reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will conduct preventative maintenance and support automation systems across the facility. Your responsibilities include ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime through effective troubleshooting and adherence to safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment

• Assist in developing and following SOPs for maintenance

• Troubleshoot equipment issues during line setups

• Maintain equipment database for repairs and calibrations

• Ensure spare parts availability for quick repairs

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of equipment maintenance experience

• Journeyperson Electrician preferred

• Post-secondary training in related fields an asset

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Familiarity with PLCs, motors, and VFDs
