You will support the Irrigation Supervisor in a diverse role that blends technical and supervisory duties. Your focus will include overseeing irrigation operations, ensuring safety adherence, and engaging in continuous staff development. Collaborating with various teams and community stakeholders, you’ll play a pivotal role in the city's irrigation program's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise, schedule, and evaluate irrigation staff

• Complete various reports and inspection forms accurately

• Monitor automated irrigation management systems

• Interpret construction drawings and compliance checks

• Support troubleshooting of irrigation control systems

Requirements:

• High school diploma and irrigation-related diploma

• Three years of increasingly responsible irrigation experience

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence required

• Must obtain necessary certificates within six months
