Mobile HVAC Technician in Modesto

In this role, you will operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC/R systems, electrical, and plumbing equipment to ensure optimal performance. With a minimum of four years of hands-on experience, your technical expertise will be critical in reducing downtime and ensuring energy-efficient operations in assigned buildings. You'll maintain records, conduct inspections, and work with CMMS systems to support client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain HVAC/R systems effectively

• Perform inspections and repairs of facility systems

• Update work order status using CMMS like Corrigo

• Submit daily P-card receipts for expenses

• Be available for call-in work and additional duties

Requirements:

• Universal CFC recovery certification preferred

• At least four years of technical experience

• Troubleshooting experience in commercial refrigeration

• Knowledge of HVAC/R and plumbing systems

• Valid state driver's license required
