Reefer Technician

Position: Full-Time Reefer Technician
Join Cold Front as a full-time Reefer Technician in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This role includes servicing trailer refrigeration units and requires both shop work and on-call mobile tasks.

With over 50 years of experience, Cold Front is expanding its climate control services across Western Canada. As a Reefer Technician, you will be integral in assembling, installing, and maintaining refrigeration systems while also performing repairs for our remote customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of a team will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on refrigeration units

• Troubleshoot and diagnose refrigeration system issues

• Execute preventative maintenance to maintain efficiency

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

• Adhere to work assignments and shop duties

Requirements:

• Certification from a recognized Trade Institution

• Experience with Carrier, Transicold reefers, and trailers

• Strong communication skills and technical proficiency

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

• Valid Driver's License is required
