Location: Kindersley

Responsibilities   Speak with customers to gauge the work to be done and perform diagnostic assessments to identify issues and verify customer willingness to proceed with remedies.
Wear safety gear and perform work in a safe manner while ensuring all safety guidelines are followed.
Prepare cost estimations and obtain customer approval before proceeding with work.
Restore vehicles to original condition or better by repairing, replacing, and upgrading exterior features; customize vehicles according to customer preferences as requested.
Ensure each vehicle is roadworthy upon completion and return vehicles to the owners.
Verify that issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Prime damaged areas of windshields and car windows and weatherproof glass by applying treatments and installing rubber weather seals around glass edges.
Travel to various locations to assess, repair, or replace windshields and windows.
Remove moldings, wipers, screws, bolts, and clips before glass installation or repairs and reinstall after completion.
Inject resin into small chips or cracks and heat damaged areas as needed.
Identify issues that may affect glass installation, such as rust or vehicle damage.
Clean all dirt and debris from windshields and windows before beginning repair or weatherproofing treatments.
Use clips, moldings, and adhesives to affix custom-cut glass to customers’ vehicles.
Qualifications   High school diploma or GED.
Certification in automotive glass repair and installation through the National Glass Association (NGA) is advantageous.
Proven experience as an auto glass technician.
Sound knowledge of automotive glass repair and installation techniques.
Proven experience as an auto body technician; formal training as an auto body technician is advantageous.
Thorough knowledge of relevant safety guidelines.
Basic arithmetic skills; physically fit with exceptional manual dexterity.
Observant and meticulous with outstanding customer service skills.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Benefits  Terms of Employment:
Full Time Permanent;
Day, Weekend, Morning; 40 hours per week.
Salary: $30.00 - 42.31 per hour.

This role may require travel to client sites and flexibility in schedule.
