• Execute WOW standards in all refinishing tasks

• Conduct inspections of body repair quality

• Prepare vehicle surfaces and mix colors accurately

• Work with team members to enhance KPI results

• Identify areas for skill enhancement and ongoing learning

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Preferred certifications include Red Seal and PPG

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and tools

• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing required tasks
