Position: HVACr Manager Opportunity in Ontario
Step into a significant leadership role as HVACr Division Manager with Due North Mechanical. Focus on driving service excellence and team development in Ontario's expanding HVAC market.

This role entails multi-faceted responsibilities, from overseeing installations to guiding a motivated crew. You will leverage your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to foster a successful HVAC division. Experience in both residential and commercial systems is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage installation and repair of HVACr systems

• Develop strategies to expand the existing customer base

• Build and lead a dedicated HVAC team

• Influence pricing, processes, and supplier relationships

• Attract new business and enhance service offerings

Requirements:

• Must hold a 313A Refrigeration Mechanic license

• G2 or G1 gas license necessary

• Proven experience with HVACr in various settings

• Leadership mindset with mentorship ability

• Clean Ontario driver’s license required
