Key Responsibilities Load and unload trucks using forklift, loaders, telehandler and other material handling equipment.
Organize, store and move materials, equipment and supplies throughout the yard.
Prepare and stage materials for outgoing deliveries and shipments.
Keep the yard clean, organized and free of safety hazards.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment, perform basic maintenance, as required and clean equipment.
Secure loads and ensure materials are stored safely and properly to prevent damage.
Assist mechanics, shop staff and field crews as required.
Direct delivery drivers and customers to the appropriate loading/unloading zones.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.
Additional responsibilities may include: Preparing drilling supplies and tooling for field crews
Loading and unloading drill rods, casing, pumps, and support equipment
Inspecting and maintaining drilling equipment and consumables
Assisting with mobilization and demobilization of drilling projects
Coordinating yard logistics to ensure field crews have the equipment they need on schedule.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a yard, shop, construction, or industrial environment
Valid driver's licence (Class 5 or higher class considered an asset)
Ability to lift 30 kgs and work in a physically active environment.
Inventory software experience would be an asset.
