Experienced House Painter

Position: Experienced House Painter Needed
Take your painting skills to new heights! We’re seeking an experienced House Painter for various locations, focusing on surface preparation, painting, and wallpaper application.

This role involves working at heights and demands a strong proficiency in preparing and repairing surfaces before painting. You will be responsible for mixing paint to achieve desired textures and colors, while also applying wallpaper and other finishes. The role requires physical demands and flexibility in work hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces prior to painting

• Repair cracks and holes in walls and surfaces

• Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and fabric effectively

• Erect scaffolding and attach rigging for safe access

• Apply coatings to both interior and exterior surfaces

Requirements:

• Experience with airless spray and brush painting

• Ability to operate various moisture and micron gauges

• Strong hand-eye coordination for intricate painting tasks

• Physically able to handle materials up to 20 lbs

• Client-focused with strong reliability and initiative
