• Coordinate and supervise on‑site commercial projects from start to finish.
• Mentor apprentice plumbers and HVAC technicians.
• Manage crews on multiple projects.

• Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker or Plumber certification.
• Safety training and certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and endure manual labour.
• References.
• Ability to work alone and with a team.
• Proven experience managing the on‑site portion of mechanical construction projects.
• Proven experience managing a crew of mechanical contracting apprentices.
