Install, maintain, and repair electrical and instrumentation controls and equipment in the plant, processing and production departments. Also, maintain control systems to suit control strategies required for process/electrical equipment to perform.

Hours of Work: 8 hours, Monday to Friday, Occasional Weekends and Overtime

Schedule:

Rotating 8-hour Schedule; four (4) weeks day shift, two (2) weeks night shift, two (2) weeks afternoon shift

• Install, calibrate, and test electrical and instrumentation equipment to required standards
• Troubleshoot and repair controls, electrical components and systems in facility, utilities, and production departments
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and repair activities on all electrical and instrumentation related equipment
• Receive ongoing training on new equipment and maintenance practices (a requirement)

Additional tasks and duties may be assigned from time to time as necessitated by business needs.

• Availability to work rotating shifts, days, afternoons, nights with some overtime required
• C of Q – Industrial or Construction Electrician (309A or 442)
• Allen Bradley PLC experience
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Problem solving & planning
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and value team effort
• Food manufacturing experience considered an asset

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend/twist, push/pull as needed to complete work tasks.
