Position: Certified Electrician for Solar Systems
Elevate your electrical expertise at Sunrun as a Certified Electrician focusing on solar projects and energy technology. Engage in installations, troubleshooting, and compliance work within residential settings.

As a Certified Electrician with Sunrun, you will lead the installation of integral electrical systems connecting solar arrays to customer grids. This role involves ensuring compliance with NEC standards while executing solar battery installations, resolving electrical issues, and completing Main Panel Upgrades. Collaboration with homeowners and local inspectors is essential for system upgrades and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical system installations for residential solar grids

• Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes

• Complete assigned solar battery installations

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system problems

• Safely execute Main Panel Upgrades (MPU)

Requirements:

• Proven electrical installation and repair experience

• Experience with wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC

• Knowledge of replacing residential electrical services

• Valid Journeyman License/Electrician Certification required

• Must be 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license
