Starting September 1, 2026, this full-time position offers $45.25 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package. As part of the maintenance team, you will work closely with the Facilities Supervisor to ensure effective services across multiple school sites, operating from the School Services Building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and install HVAC systems in school buildings

• Collaborate with a dedicated maintenance team

• Maintain clear communication with supervisors

• Independently manage maintenance tasks and priorities

• Follow safety regulations in all operations

Requirements:

• Valid Journeyperson Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic Certificate

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing

• Possess a valid driver's license
