West Coast Reduction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Journeyman Millwright or Apprentice for its Saskatoon plant. This role focuses on key responsibilities including assembly, installation, and repair of various machinery. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining equipment functionality while also mentoring Apprentices and ensuring site safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair machinery issues effectively

• Assemble, install, and maintain shop equipment

• Perform routine maintenance including cleaning and lubricating

• Maintain a tidy work site with daily housekeeping

• Complete necessary work order paperwork consistently

Requirements:

• Valid Saskatchewan Journeyperson Millwright Certificate preferred

• Millwright Apprentice candidates welcome

• Strong English communication skills

• Ability to interpret diagrams and manuals

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive motions
