As an Independent Contractor, you'll partner with Certa Pro Painters to complete high-quality painting jobs. The ideal candidate will possess 3 years of experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work autonomously. In this role, you’ll interact with clients, ensuring their satisfaction while maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete projects per work orders efficiently and accurately

• Inspect surfaces and select suitable primers and paints

• Protect furniture and surfaces before painting

• Apply paint using various techniques and tools

• Mix and prepare paints to achieve desired outcomes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• 3 years of verifiable painting experience

• Valid driver's license and reliable transport

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Customer service-oriented with attention to detail
