You will play a crucial role in preparing and finishing surfaces, including repairs and wallpaper applications. In addition, you’ll utilize various spraying techniques and be required to operate scaffolding. Commitment to client satisfaction while managing physical demands is essential in this dynamic position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, and repairs
• Mix paints to desired textures and colors
• Measure and apply wallpaper effectively and accurately
• Erect scaffolding and ensure safety measures are followed
• Apply decorative and protective finishes to surfaces
Requirements:
• Proficient in using airless spray and brush painting techniques
• Experience with moisture and dry micron gauges
• Strong physical capabilities and willingness for manual labor
• Ability to work shifts and be on call as needed
• Reliable with strong initiative and client focus
