Grain Farm Labourer Position Near Battleford

Become an integral part of our grain farming operations near Rabbit Lake as a full-time Labourer and equipment operator from August through November. Support machinery operations while engaging in varied daily tasks.

This position requires an individual with at least one year of farm experience, focusing on maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of large agricultural equipment. You will be expected to work diligently during the busy harvest season, adapting to different weather conditions while maintaining efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general maintenance on farm buildings and equipment

• Troubleshoot and fix minor mechanical problems

• Operate heavy machinery including tractors and combines

• Ensure thorough cleaning and greasing of all equipment

• Maintain a positive work attitude and adapt to various tasks

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of farm experience

• Requires Canadian citizenship or valid work visa

• Proficient English communication for safety

• Class 5 license required with transportation

• Disconnect personal phone during working hours
