You will be in charge of supervising the electrical services and mechanical maintenance activities necessary for both surface and underground mining operations. This role requires not only strong technical knowledge but also the ability to lead teams effectively and make strategic decisions on maintenance practices. The Superintendent will develop maintenance programs to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the daily operations of electrical and instrumentation systems
• Lead and manage maintenance teams effectively
• Implement preventive maintenance and budget forecasting
• Improve work methods and drive efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• At least eight years of supervisory experience
• Mining industry experience is desirable
• Familiarity with SAP systems
• Strong problem-solving and managerial skills
