Location: Colonsay
Become an Underground Operator with The Mosaic Company in Colonsay, SK. This 12-hour rotating shift role emphasizes safety and operational efficiency in potash mining.
As an Underground Operator Level 3, you will be responsible for carrying out essential duties within a team-focused environment. Your expertise will support safe training and operation of machinery, compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a clean work area. Ideal candidates will demonstrate physical fitness and safety aptitude while fulfilling company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute safety protocols effectively on-site
• Train and operate mobile equipment accurately
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area
• Interpret and follow written and oral instructions
• Adhere to all legal and safety requirements
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Strong commitment to safety standards
• Experience in underground potash mining preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
