Fort McMurray Road Building Equipment Operator

Ledcor is hiring experienced Equipment Operators to support ongoing road building and reclamation works. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of hands-on experience in heavy machinery operation, especially with excavators (20-80 ton) and dozers (D6-D10). A strong commitment to safety and teamwork is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate excavators and dozers for construction tasks
• Conduct necessary equipment inspections and hazard assessments
• Perform necessary earthmoving and material handling activities
• Work collaboratively to achieve production and quality goals
• Adhere to Ledcor’s robust safety protocols
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with dozers and excavators
• Experience in road building or reclamation is highly preferred
• GPS machine control experience is beneficial
• Ground Disturbance Level 2 and valid driver’s license required
• Must successfully pass drug and alcohol testing
