Position: P&H Milling Certified Millwright Role

You'll join Canada's largest milling company, where your work will support a range of essential maintenance tasks. This position is open to both certified millwrights and advanced apprentices eager to play a critical role in factory operations. Your commitment to safety and equipment reliability will help drive the company’s mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and position machinery according to strict guidelines

• Repair and troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment

• Conduct routine maintenance including cleaning and lubrication

• Utilize precision measuring tools for accuracy

• Participate in facility maintenance when needed

Requirements:

• Certified as a Millwright or registered 3rd-year apprentice

• Welding and fabrication skills are a plus

• Adaptability to hot and dusty work environments

• Physically able to lift weights up to 25 kg

• Willing to be available for on-call duties as needed
