Service Technician - Out-of-Town Warranty Service

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our skilled service team. This role is ideal for a dependable, hands-on professional whotakes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys variety in their day, and is comfortable travelling out of town Monday to Thursday.

In this position, you will complete year-end warrantychecks and service work on recently built RTM homes, helping ensure every customer receives the high level of care and attention Warman Homes is knownfor.

• Travel to out-of-town RTM home locations Monday to Thursday to complete year-end warranty checks and service work.
• Perform carpentry, renovation, finishing, and repair tasks, including drywall taping and mudding.
• Identify, document, and complete warranty-related repairs with accuracy and professionalism.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners,team members, and supervisors.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in a safeand responsible manner.
• Represent Warman Homes with a customer-first attitude anda commitment to quality workmanship.

• Previous carpentry and renovation experience is required.
• Ability to confidently complete drywall taping andmudding.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driver’sabstract.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
