Job Description:
Serving the Saskatoon area for more than 35 years, Top Shot Concrete Inc. is an owner operated concrete contracting company. Specializing in commercial concrete infrastructure repair and restoration, our concrete services include repairing industrial and municipal concrete structures such as manholes, lift stations and large diameter sewer lines. We are currently seeking 2 experienced concrete finishers to join our dedicated team.
Successful candidates will be eligible for our Blue Cross benefits package including health and dental plans.
- Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
- Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement material
- Direct placement of concrete into forms or surfaces; signal and direct pumping from concrete mixing trucks
- Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
- Fill hollows and remove high spots to smooth freshly poured concrete
- Operate power vibrator to compact concrete
- Finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Full driving license
