• Minimum grade 12 or equivalent preferred but not required
• Valid Class 5 driving license
• Physically fit and able to safely lift and handle heavy loads
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication skills in English
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug test
• Positive and professional attitude
• Mechanically inclined with aptitude for hands-on work
• Any valid safety-related training certificates (e.g., WHMIS, forklift) are an asset

• Previous experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse operations, mechanic shops, mining, or similar industrial environments
• Experience working with hand tools and operating machinery
