Maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems at Dakota Dunes Thermal Spa in Saskatchewan. Support safe, reliable operations across guest facilities.
The Facilities Maintenance Technician completes preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs throughout the spa. The position supports pool and thermal systems, water features, pumps, filtration, heating, ventilation, controls, and life-safety equipment. It also maintains accurate records and coordinates work with departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and documented inspections
- Respond to work orders, alarms, leaks, and facility concerns
- Troubleshoot equipment and complete repairs within scope
- Support pool, thermal water, ventilation, and control systems
- Maintain maintenance logs, meter readings, and repair records
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Required Fireman Boiler Operator Certificate
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts
