Compensation and Schedule

$21.94 hourly. Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Work schedule variable includes evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Performs experienced paraprofessional library work supervising the Circulation section of the library. Supervises other paraprofessional employees and volunteers.

Requirements

Two (2) years of college coursework at an accredited college or university (30 semester hours = one year).
Two (2) years of progressively responsible library experience.
Completion of all three phases of the Brevard County Employee Development Program within eighteen months of employment, with passing scores on each phase examination.
Availability to perform emergency duties as directed in event of hurricane, major storm, or disaster.
