We are looking for a physically strong, motivated Installation Helper who wants to learn the trade and grow into a professional career. You will report directly to your Crew Leader, working as a 2-man team to ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the "IKON Gold Standard."

Pay:$17.00 per hour + Overtime

You will report directly to your Crew Leader, working as a 2-man team to ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the "IKON Gold Standard."

• Execute the Plan: Follow the Crew Leader's direction to stage windows, prep openings, and manage site logistics.
• Heavy Lifting: Safely handle and help set heavy impact-resistant glass and large-scale sliding door panels.
• Site Management: Maintain a "Zero-Trace" environment. Set up drop cloths, tape off work areas, and ensure the homeowner’s property is pristine at all times.
• Efficiency: Your goal is to make the Crew Leader faster. When you are organized and proactive, the whole team wins.

• Coachability: Ability to take direction well from your Crew Leader.
